PSD, as an electoral phenomenon

The local elections are over. From moment to moment, the counts for the Municipal Councils are being closed, while the Social Democratic Party had a surprising result.

In most of the municipalities PSD has received at least one councilor, while in some others it surpasses Enkelejd Alibeaj's Democratic Party and even the "Together We Win" coalition.

There was such a result in Vaun e Dejas, Lezhë, Pukë, Mirdita, or even in Mat. Meanwhile, only the PD of Alibeaj passes in more municipalities with mandates for councilors.

These official figures of the CEC, which put the PD of Alibeaj as the fourth force and sometimes even the "Bashke Fitomje" coalition as the third force, are a strong message from the citizens to the opposition.

Thus, in these elections PSD comes to us as an electoral phenomenon, as it is a party that has received more mandates than the opposition itself, which should reflect on the result.
