The Democratic Party of Lulzim Basha and Enkelejd Alibeaj is already known for its losses and failures in elections.

In addition to losing in some districts for the municipality, it seems to be suffering a deep loss in the race for the municipal councils.

According to the data published in the CEC, Lulzim Basha's Democratic Party is a loser in Tropoja, as it has not won any mandate.

In many districts such as Shkodër, Vau i Dejës, Pukë, Bulqizë, Dibër, Lezhë, Krujë, Maliq, Has, Mirdië, there has been a 4th force after SP, Together We Win, and PSD.

This is actually not a surprise, since they had a deep loss in the partial local elections of 2022. Basha and Alibeaj are the serial losers who have led the PD to decline, not being able to win any councilor in Tropoja, which historically it is known as a bastion of the right.
