Protesters plan to gather at the Prime Minister’s Office building, located on Deshmoret e Kombit Boulevard between Mother Teresa Square and Skanderbeg Square. Increased police presence, road closures, and traffic disruptions are expected. The Albanian State Police have announced that protesters may block intersections in various parts of the city of Tirana. U.S. Embassy personnel have been advised to avoid the demonstration.
