These days of December, which coincide with the major end-of-year holidays, are also known for delays and increased traffic at customs points throughout the country.
On this occasion, Albanian Customs announces that during the holidays, a special organizational plan will be implemented, with additional measures, to guarantee uninterrupted and efficient service for the movement of goods and passengers.
"Albanian Customs informs citizens and businesses that customs structures will be in service 24/24, even during the year-end holidays.
In implementation of a special organizational plan, additional operational measures have been taken to cope with the increased flow of goods and passengers during the year-end holidays, guaranteeing uninterrupted and efficient service.
"These measures aim to facilitate procedures, avoid delays and increase security at customs points," the announcement says. /CNA
