Regarding the news of several buildings collapsing, Këlliçi says that this development raises concerns about construction standards and is a refutation of Rama's propaganda.

Këlliçi writes that Rama treated the port of Durres like a private garden and damaged the country's main transportation hub.

The show Piranjat on Syri TV has revealed how Edi Rama and Alabar's personal project in the port of Durres, pumped with propaganda as Albania's future Dubai, is of poor quality and even dangerous.

The sinking of several buildings by up to 28 centimeters has raised concerns about construction standards and safety. It has been officially acknowledged that there is a sinking of 28 centimeters and the company has been asked to take measures to guarantee the structure. Started as an affair, where without any consultation or transparency, 80 hectares of land in the port of Durres, one of the nation's greatest assets, were granted to Edi Rama's friend, Durres Marina, quickly took on water and proved that the corrupt foundations of an enterprise are uncertain.

Edi Rama treated the port of Durres as if he had a private garden in Surrel and took away the Albanians' greatest strategic and economic asset, damaging our main transportation hub, solely for his personal interests.

The collapse of the buildings is the result of one of the most serious financial crimes committed against the country in history.

As journalistic investigations have revealed, Edi Rama's friend has not invested a single penny so far, while he has collected tens of millions of euros in contracts from citizens for the apartments that will be built.

Meanwhile, he received a plot of land for free that is estimated to be worth no less than half a billion euros and is exempt from taxes and fees.

Treating the country as loot and public assets as if they were his own are serious acts for which Edi Rama will sooner or later be held accountable.
