The DP's political leader for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, has revealed some of the problems regarding the envelopes sent to voters abroad.
Topalli emphasized that there have been numerous cases where the envelope did not reach the address or when it went without the ballot inside, or the envelope was given to other people and not the voter to whom the envelope belongs.
"Failure to go to the appropriate address to collect the envelope, there have been cases where the ballot paper is missing, there have been cases where the envelopes have been taken by others, and other processes have also occurred," Topalli denounces.
Topalli called on the CEC to ask DHL to respect the legal terms of the contract so as not to violate the right of voters abroad to exercise their vote./ CNA
