The leader of the FRPD, Besart Xhaferri, was present at the presentation of the democratic candidates Ilir Alimehmeti and Dhurata Çupi in Tirana.

Xhaferri writes that the program presented by Alimehmeti and Çupi is based on the economic interests and dignity of Albanian citizens.

On the day when the State Department published the report exposing Albania as an economic haven for international organized crime with the blessing of Edi Rama, together with the Political Director of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, we happened to present our candidates in Branch 1 in Tirana, Ilir Alihmehmeti and Dhurata Çupi, who will face the gang-dictated head of the Ministry of Interior in this area.

I envy the citizens of this unit for the opportunity to choose, as both Ilir Alihmemeti and Dhurata Çupi are dignified representatives, who are only hostage to their personal and professional integrity and the interests of Albanian citizens, while I don't believe it's worth dwelling too much on their rival because the citizens have already made their verdict, and neither the paid polls nor the hostages of SKY EÇ in the Police can save them from that verdict.
