The candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition in Elbasan, Luciano Boçi, presented his project for the city's solar park while signing a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with a partner company of the European Edison group.

Calling it one of the most beautiful dreams for Elbasan, its return to a clean and ecological city, Boçi said that: "We have thought of creating a city park of solar energy in Elbasan, mainly using the roofs of the houses for assembly of solar panels".

"We want to train and hire no less than 100 technicians in this process, who will engage in the assembly and maintenance of this solar park. The first project of this type was done by the municipality of Los Angeles in the USA", said Luciano Boçi.

Engineer Gabriele Daini, Director of the E-Life Project company, part of the Italian IES group, explained his company's vision for the most complete decarbonization of Elbasan and the intervention methods that will be evaluated in the feasibility study. The IES group has undertaken to immediately start the feasibility study and the preparation of the executive project to enable the realization of a renewable energy project in Elbasan with the victory of the candidate Boçi.

The new municipality will have the opportunity to offer an energy that costs at least 30% cheaper for all public entities, the water supply, the new start-up businesses that will come to Elbasan and will also create an important source of the economy of green and a unique development model, Boçi underlined.

"The courage to seek the best comes from the belief that we deserve it. The fact that we don't have it yet, blame those who didn't create it. In Albania, the absurd has gone too far, he said. Here those who are paid to develop the country, not only have not fulfilled this duty, but they attack anyone who dares to think how this can be done.
