Deputy Agron Gjekmarkaj gave a strong warning, as he spoke about the imprisonment of Ervin Salianjit, who was sentenced to one year in prison for the "Babale" file.

Gjekmarkaj said in a television appearance that there will be no more peace in the Parliament of Albania.

He did not give many details of the opposition action, but announced that it will be made public very soon.

"When the institutions turn into bunkers and from their turrets fire shots at the opposition, then we have turned into an autocracy. The opposition is being considered as an enemy. They appear as if they want progress, as if they are the patriots and we are the traitors. The SP body is a soulless organism, where only the leader is applauded. SP today is a totalitarian party. DP can no longer have normal relations with the majority, because SP does not offer opportunities for cooperation.

We will discuss and you will know the decisions. There will be no more peace in the Parliament of Albania, when the opposition is jailed for free speech. There will be no shred of normality, with those people who see us as enemies. You cannot give your hand to someone who will destroy you. We are staying until victory, we will not stop", stressed the deputy./ CNA
