The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has once again confirmed that the opposition will not vote on the 2024 budget.

According to the chief democrat, discussions on the budget are being conducted illegally, through online meetings, at a time when we are not in extraordinary conditions. Berisha said that no law that is approved in violation of the Constitution will be recognized by the deputies.

" No law that goes against the Constitution and the laws of the country will be recognized by the opposition. You saw they passed 7 laws in 15 minutes, reviewed without commissions, online. This type of discussion is prohibited by law except when we are in extraordinary conditions,"   said Berisha in an appearance for the media.

The majority is passing the proposals for the 2024 budget to the parliamentary committees, while by December it is expected that this budget will also be voted on in the Parliament./ CNA
