"Malltezi has not been charged"/ Kaso: Action against him, political

In a statement to the media, the legal representative of the Democratic Party spoke about the measures taken against Jamarbër Malltez and former Prime Minister Sali Berisha in connection with the "Partizani" file.

Kaso emphasizes that Malltezi was not taken as a defendant but as a person under investigation. As it follows, Kaso declares that the measure of arrest and imprisonment against Malltez is for political attack.

On the other hand, there have been no shortage of accusations against SPAK, saying that it is being used by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"Which circumstances endanger the receipt of evidence from 10-20 years ago. Except for Edi Rama's slander that he uses on the opposition. The measure is only needed to defeat the opposition. SPAK is no longer related to the law. Malltezi is not a defendant but a person under investigation. The measure of arrest and imprisonment for political attack is used against him. SPAK uses the law as Rama's hammer against the opposition", said Kaso./ CNA
