They clashed in the Assembly/ Sula accused Çollak: He is serving Rama and
Member of the Democratic Party, Dashnor Sula

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Dashnor Sula, has accused the deputy of Lulzim Basha, Kreshnik Çollaku, after the clash in the Assembly.

Through a reaction to the media, Sula says that Collaku is serving the socialist majority by completing the quorum for holding the parliamentary committee, at a time when the entire opposition is protesting and must support its legitimate demands.

"Today, in support of the arrogance of the majority, in order to fulfill the goals of the SP for parliamentary normality, a right-wing member of parliament was also vetoed. From the beginning of the European Integration Commission, I made it clear to my colleague by addressing him in confidence on behalf of the quorum and serving the Socialist Party. But in response, I received insults and slanderous behavior from the same colleague who was victimized from a pulpit and spoke about violence, just like Erjon Braçe or other socialists. I have not dealt with and do not deal with any MP of the opposition, but I cannot accept false victimization. Nor can we tolerate misuse by the majority.

Provoking the opposition colleagues, joining with the socialist deputies to make them the quorum of the meeting, is the ugliest act of someone who is in the Assembly with the votes of the opposition. Instead of joining the opposition MPs for the constitutional rights of the opposition, he joins the false chorus of socialists for imaginary violence, which neither happened nor will happen. The action of the opposition in the Assembly is also serving to divide once and for all the opposition MPs and the pro-government MPs with an opposition mandate! The battle for the constitutional rights of the opposition should be done by every PD deputy, but some have chosen to be in the Assembly either to make the quorum for the meetings or to express their willingness to vote for Edi Rama's laws. I respect their choice, but at least they shouldn't slander about violence and don't moralize!", he says.

Furthermore, the democratic deputy declares that for more than two months the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party has been insisting on holding the Investigative Commissions and the Electoral Reform, while the majority is playing every possible card to prevent the implementation of the demands of the Democrats.

"For two months, the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party has been insisting in the Parliament for a constitutional right denied in violation of the constitution by the majority, regarding the request for Investigative Commissions and Electoral Reform. With full conviction that the citizens' personal data has been violated and that the facts of the criminal connections of the authorities have been deleted, we request an investigative commission for the deletion of TIMS data to prove this. Convinced that millions of euros have been stolen from the citizens in the great sterilization and check-up scandal, we demand a parliamentary investigation to involve the authorities and stop the abuses.

AZHBR funds have also worried the European Union, but SP denies us the right to prove abuses through the Investigative Commission. The tenders were awarded in violation of the country's laws, causing economic damage to the citizens, under conditions of conflict of interest and predetermined. We request a parliamentary investigation for this as well, but in violation of the regulations and the Constitution, this is also denied to us. We want to be heard about the Electoral Reform, but again in violation of regulations and laws, the majority wants to choose the opposition itself, to appoint it. These fair demands must be supported by every opposition MP", emphasizes Sula.

Earlier, Çollaku reacted by saying that he is not afraid of anyone and that he has passed enough challenges.

Even Sali Berisha did not escape this event without a reaction, who called Çollak's behavior towards his democratic colleagues who have been protesting for several weeks a low provocation./ CNA
