Under the whirlwind of debates that have engulfed the country about the immigrant agreement, Prime Minister Edi Rama in an interview for "Corriere Della Serra" has claimed that no one has criticized him for this agreement.

Referring to the question of journalist Leonard Berberi whether there have been complaints or reactions from PSE (European Socialist Party), Rama answered briefly: - "No, no reaction".

He also clarified the accusations that terrorists could arrive in Albania among the immigrants.

Rama clarified that there is no reason to worry as all procedures will be carried out according to the rules.

"There is no reason to be afraid. We simply have to have the will and the care to fulfill this commitment while respecting human dignity and the rules established for the operation of this joint operation, which also include control by the security agencies of both countries," said Rama. 

Once again, Rama emphasized that the agreement with Italy was accepted because our country owes a very large debt to neighboring Italy, which hosted our immigrants, but this does not mean that we are open to receiving requests from other countries. / CNA
