They have not received the ballot envelopes/ CEC shares contact lists for voters

All those voters from abroad, anywhere in the world, but especially those in Greece, who have not yet received notification and/or have not been contacted by DHL, either via e-mail or SMS, can contact the DHL service in their country of residence to be informed about the postal delivery from the CEC.

The lack of notification or contact of these voters so far by DHL is mainly due to problems with the residential address declared in the PER, which does not match the actual address in the field, or due to the use of Albanian contact numbers, to which the voter does not have access.
