Task Force for Electoral Crimes/ Celibashi: 115 reports in SPAK and 32 in the

State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi, in today's press conference, also spoke about the task force established to denounce electoral crimes.

Celibashi said that SPAK has 115 complaint materials from electoral entities, the police or citizens. Of these, Celibashi said, 35 criminal proceedings have been registered.

Regarding the reports filed with the General Prosecutor's Office regarding criminal offenses related to the elections, Celibashi said that there are 32 such cases in various prosecutors' offices across the country.

The head of the CEC said that the investigation has been postponed for 7 of them, while one has been dismissed for incompetence by the SPAK.

" From SPAK there are 115 complaint materials from electoral subjects, the state police and from citizens. In total, 35 criminal proceedings have been registered. 8 are registered mainly by SPAK itself. From the General Prosecutor's Office there are 32 reports for criminal offenses in the field of elections, in various prosecutor's offices. For 7 of them, it has been decided not to start the investigation. One was transferred to SPAK for incompetence ", said Celibashi./ CNA
