The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, was present at an electoral meeting in Elbasan.

In his speech, Noka said that the vote on May 11 will also be a message to Suel Çela, to tell him that Elbasan is not held by violence.

Noka then turned to Suel Çela, telling him to stay away from the Democrats and not try to call them.

Noka also said that Suel Çela is supporting a "political dead man".

There is no chance that the Democrats of Elbasan and the opposition of Elbasan will turn back from threats of gangs and organized crime. We are determined to march towards victory on May 11.
