Prime Minister Edi Rama continued with his responses to various comments on social networks. This time, Rama responded to one of the commentators who was dissatisfied with the “e-Albania” platform, emphasizing that this portal had many delays. Rama emphasized that this was a lie since he had personally dealt with this case, while also introducing “Diella”, the new service on e-Albania.  

"Dear Madam, I was impressed by your comment and I inquired with e-Albania. It turns out that you have applied four times for a family certificate and in all four cases you have received it immediately and automatically.

And, it turns out that no one with your name in e-Albania has applied for any other service. Now why you are doing this I do not want to comment, but since I am given the opportunity by the comments on the post of "Diella", created in our Artificial Intelligence laboratory to help citizens with voice and image in e-Albania services, I am informing you: today 1247 public services are offered through e-Albania. 95% of public services, which until yesterday could not be obtained without waiting in line.

"e-Albania has provided 45 million services, meaning 45 million queues, including those for walking and tipping, have been eliminated. 15.2 million services have been received from e-Albania in 2024 alone," Rama said. /CNA
