A change of course in the Socialist Party. Prime Minister Edi Rama has asked that none of his members attack SPAK, or if they want to do so, then let them leave the MP's mandate. This change comes after an interview with MP Etien Xhafaj, with the latter attacking SPAK in relation to Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj.

Through a WhatsApp message, Rama has made clear his next move, demanding that none of his people be involved in and accuse the judiciary. Rama's message was distributed to MPs by Elisa Spiropali.

Prime Minister Rama's message:

I'm speechless! They sent me an interview with Etienne from YouTube regarding Erion! It's unimaginable how a Socialist Party MP can speak like in a cafe, like a fan, while acting like a banal lawyer who, moreover, doesn't help anyone at all, while having no connection with our principled stance on the detention without trial of the mayor of the capital!

Is Erioni or anyone else innocent? No one has charged this to the PS, me or Etien of course, to say it in the parliament! If Etien or anyone else is going to deal with public advocacy, let him leave his mandate and let him say whatever he wants in every corner of the media swamp! I call what I saw a lack of seriousness, a frivolity, a harmful waste of time, when we should be dealing with our duties every minute for a triumphant victory on May 11!

Once again: I do not want to hear any statement that violates Spaku's independence regarding the case or specific cases, the content of the charges or the claims of the accused! STOP!
