Facts/Massive manipulation of the primaries in the Korça region

The Korça region has been an example of massive manipulation of the final result, not only because of the numbers that reveal many candidates in some municipalities where they claim to be superstitious, controlling, or irreplaceable.

In fact, the example is Devoll where Bledjon Nallbati controls every vote and emerges as the most voted in the entire district with the votes of only the Devoll branch of the DP, when in the district of Korça, the Democratic Party in the last elections has over 50,000 votes, Bledion Nallbati emerges as the most voted in this district with only a thousand or so votes from the Devoll Municipality.

So, one of the smallest branches, the fourth of this district, comes out with the most represented candidate. It has more votes than the Municipality of Korça, even though it has less than half the voters or members.

The second comes from the Municipality of Maliq, where the result was completely manipulated by the candidate Edmond Spaho. The scheme is the same as in Devoll, and there, Edmond Spaho, who receives 20 votes in Korça or six in Pogradec, comes out with almost 600 votes in the Municipality of Maliq. The same situation occurs in Kolonjë, where it is claimed that about 600 people voted. In fact, the branch does not have more than 500 members and Ledina Alolli receives the majority of the votes.

In this branch, it is reported that the members of Leskovik may have voted very little or not at all and the result is totally manipulated, which has caused the candidate Alolli to cross the threshold. There are other details that the district leaders are probably evaluating, but the most important is the fact that how can you steal the votes of your house, in the race of your house, where at least everyone should have received what they deserved, so they should have known their electoral weight.

But, even though they have three or four elected mandates, candidates and losers think that they should still be part of the race. In fact, the difference in the Korça district was made by Pogradec where the result is more realistic or even the Municipality of Korça itself, although there was also a strong intervention by a candidate like Fidel Kreka who resulted in the most votes when everything was more imposed by leading people or intimidating them.

In the Korça region, in three municipalities at least so far there is a totally distorted result, in the fourth Municipality, which is that of Korça, there is intimidation and a partial deformation of the result by other individuals, we are not talking about manipulation as in the above Municipalities because in the three Municipalities of Devoll, Maliq and Kolonjë the same scheme was used by the three people who were collaborators of Lulzim Basha, such as Bledjon Nallbati, the established candidate of Basha, Edmond Spaho and Ledina Alolli.

They have used the same scheme in 2021 by signing or forging signatures and casting fictitious votes for individuals who did not show up at the polling station at all or are immigrants who exist on the membership lists of the respective branch. The massive manipulation of Korça is a bad example and an alarm siren for a predicted catastrophic result as the membership votes, but its result is not released.

Manipulation prevails, abuse prevails, and old schemes are controlled by individuals who are no longer voted for by the structures, but manipulate them, and someone who "steals" their own house, imagine what they could do tomorrow.

However, this alarm siren is a moment that should give great reflection to the DP's leadership structures at the center, who must control this entire masquerade of a falsified process within the Democratic Party. /CNA
