How were the votes manipulated in the Municipality of Maliq and Devoll?

A scheme used in 2021, in the re-election of Lulzim Basha as president of the Democratic Party, was used in both the municipalities of Maliq and Devoll in the 2025 primaries.

It's the same scheme used by Bledion Nallbati and Edmond Spaho. Just look at the results in these two municipalities and everything is clear.

Bledion Nallbati in the municipality of Devoll received 1,140 votes, an overwhelming majority.

But what happened?

Names that were not participants in the vote at all were signed as if they had voted and then the ballots were discarded.

The commission was completely controlled by him and everything was done in agreement with other rival observers who were actually appointed by Bledion Nallbati himself.

The same situation occurred in the Municipality of Maliq, where it is learned that Edmond Spaho manipulated the ballot box of this municipality, receiving 511 votes.

Furthermore, there have been reports that ballots were cast and the same scheme was used as in the Municipality of Devoll, where during the day names were signed as if they were participants and ballots were cast in boxes with the votes of candidate Bledion Nallbati in Devoll or with the votes of candidate Edmond Spaho in Maliq.

These are the two main municipalities in the Korça region where the result appears to be completely manipulated./ CNA
