Muçi: Excluding small parties from the 'Election Commission'

Joint Movement MP Redi Muçi stated that the exclusion of small parties from the special committee for Conscientious Reform is a violation of parliamentary tradition.

In his speech in the Assembly, Muçi said that the majority and the opposition have no right to exclude these parties, as would be done with any institution or NGO.

"Where is the parliamentary tradition, to exclude a party that is represented in the Assembly. And he said it is with a consensus of 99% and 1%, which is not part of the consensus of the Together Movement. My question is, on what basis do you exclude from the right to vote that a parliamentary party, such as an NGO or institution, that is there to give some proposals or to give advice", said Muçi. /CNA
