The State Election Commissioner, in today's meeting, reviewed the request for the meeting on February 20, 2025, held at "Skënderbej" Square. This is about the meeting of the anti-SPAK rally with employees of the Municipality of Tirana.

Regarding this activity, Chief Commissioner Celibashi said that it was reported by the Council of Ministers. As for the reporting from the capital's municipality, Celibashi stated that there was no such thing.

As a result, the Commissioner proposed an administrative sanction against the Secretary General of the Municipality of Tirana, at that time Alban Dokushi. It was also proposed to terminate the administrative investigation against the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers.
