The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, will visit Albania today. Kallas will meet with President Bajram Begaj and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
After a joint press conference with Rama, Kallas will hold discussions with the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, and the Minister of Defense, Pirro Vëngu, where they will open the first meeting of the EU-Albania Security Dialogue.
Kaja Kallas will also participate in the signing of the loan agreement between the European Investment Bank for the construction of the railway from Durres to Rrogozhina and will address students and the non-governmental sector in Tirana./ CNA
