Equipped with new tools for school subjects/ Manastirliu: 80 new science

The Ministry of Education and Sports has begun equipping science laboratories, biology, physics and chemistry, with new materials, an important investment that will enable higher quality teaching for around 20,000 students.

With this investment, 80 new science labs are being added to our schools.

The Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, closely followed the process of equipping laboratories at the 9-year school "Kongresi i Manastirit" in Tirana, where science laboratories have been equipped with didactic tools.

"We have now managed to continuously supply schools with the necessary tools for the subjects of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics. We are now distributing laboratory equipment and all the necessary aids to schools to make teaching inclusive and to continue to enrich our science laboratories in the pre-university system," said Manastirliu.

This investment includes equipping 80 biology, physics, and chemistry laboratories in primary and secondary schools, creating an advanced environment to foster students' scientific and experimental skills.

STEM labs are an important step in modernizing the education system, giving students the opportunity to develop practical skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. In addition to fostering creativity and collaboration, these labs help prepare students for the job market and for successful careers in fields that require scientific and technological expertise. /CNA
