The head of the PL, Ilir Meta, held a meeting with the structures of the PL in Shkodër, where the "Together We Win" coalition candidate for this municipality, Bardh Spahia, was a part.

Meta listed some of the shortages that the city of Shkodra has, which are the result of mismanagement by the government.

He expressed with conviction that the opposition will win, as he said that Shkodra has no director of education, director of archives, no Court of Appeal and no Administrative Court.

“Bashkë fitojmë në mënyrën më spektakolare në të gjithë Shqipërinë, frymëzimi i fitores është Shkodra e 6 marsit që e vetme e rrethuar nga të gjitha anët nuk u dorëzua por qëndroi në krah të lirisë demokracisë e interesit kombëtar. Në 14 maj e gjithë Shqipëria do të bëhet Shkodër.

Shkodranët do ta dënojnë në mënyrën më plebishitare se Rilindja ka bërë gjithçka për të zhbërë Shkodrën si një nga qendrat më të mëdha të vendit tonë. Kam një pyetje për të gjithë ju, mund ta përfytyronte dikush që Shkodra të mos ketë sot Drejtori Arsimi? Kush mund t’ia bënte Shkodrës këtë gjë?
