The candidate of the Democratic Party for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has revealed a part of his program, which also includes the removal of some taxes and the reduction of fees for the capital's residents.

According to him, 41 thousand small and medium businesses will benefit from this program.

During an interview with Alba Alishan, Kelliçi called the education tax unconstitutional, which has not been translated into kindergartens or daycare schools. He brought to attention several areas of Tirana where 124,000 residents live without any school, kindergarten, or nursery school.

"41 thousand small and medium businesses will benefit. The education infrastructure tax is unconstitutional and we have not seen the benefit of this tax, it claims that it has built kindergartens and nurseries with this. There is an area in the Combine that is unit 14 is the new ring in Astir. There are 70 thousand inhabitants and they have zero kindergartens, zero schools, zero nurseries. It is an area from Dry Lake to Kodra e Diellit with 54 thousand inhabitants with zero kindergartens, schools and nurseries. There are 124,000 inhabitants and they have no kindergartens or nurseries.
