The spokeswoman of the opposition candidate's campaign for Tirana, Silvi Bardhi, has brought to light another theft that is being done by the Municipality of Tirana.

In a statement to the media, she said that an electoral paving is being done on Islam Alla Street in the capital, a tender with 60 million euros that the Municipality of Tirana has given to a private entity, but the works are done by the people of the municipality.

Bardhi emphasized that this is a flagrant violation of the law and that this is not the first time this has happened.
