The candidate of the opposition for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has shown his plan for the Municipal Police.

Kelliçi said in an interview with Alba Alishan that in the first month of work, if he is elected mayor, he will change the philosophy of the police.

He declared that he will improve the quality of the municipal police service for the citizens, minimizing the fines against the citizens.
