Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting in Kamëz on Sunday afternoon. In his speech, Rama emphasized the country's integration processes.

Rama said that the government's goal is to focus on closing negotiations in 2027.

"We must focus on closing the negotiations in 2027 and in 2030 Albania will be the hostess in the main salon of the European family," Rama said.

Rama said that the meeting with the EU delegation will take place 5 days after the elections, in which he said that Albanians should vote in favor of European integration.

"We need this very strong message. On the 11th we vote, on the 16th of May all of Europe comes here, not the European Union, but all of Europe, on the 16th of May all the leaders of the continent descend there to Skanderbeg, not only of the EU, of the continent, from Great Britain to Turkey, to Azerbaijan, to Ukraine and all of the European Union, together with NATO, the NATO Secretary, the President of the European Council, the President of the European Commission, the Presidents of the European Development and Investment Banks come here. On the 16th, when they descend here, they must feel it, they must understand it, they must read it clearly in the vote of the 11th of May that an entire people is together and tells them "Enough is enough, we must be part of the united European family"!", said Rama./CNA
