The Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, delivered her speech after the government meeting.

Ibrahimaj said that the economic situation and fuel prices were discussed.

The Minister announced that the price of fuel on the stock exchange and that which is released on the market is under monitoring.

Regarding the establishment of a board, Ibrahimaj said that the situation is not at the level for the establishment of a board, but if there is an increase, it will be moved towards the board.

" We discussed the economic situation, fuel prices. We held a meeting with companies and the Hydrocarbons Association. To raise the alert for the increase in prices in recent weeks, long influenced by the war. We discussed the obligation they have for reserves. We are monitoring, both the stock exchange prices for oil, gasoline and gas, and the price at which fuel leaves customs, with the price of the tables that go for trading. During the 2022-2023 crisis, when prices increased, we had a transparency board that monitored and decided on selling prices. We judge that the situation is not at the level of raising the board, if there is a further increase we will enter that regime , "said Ibrahimaj.
