The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a press conference said that Rama failed to secure the votes of the DP and convince the leader of the Democrat Party to dissolve SPAK.

Berisha said that Rama made the wrong calculations regarding SPAK and was left empty-handed.
