Xhaçka's mandate/ DP report is published: The matter should be sent to the Constitutional Court

On the official website of the Assembly, the report of the DP regarding the mandate of MP Olta Xhaçka has been published. In the report, which bears the signature of the head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, it is emphasized that the case will be sent to the Constitutional Court.

According to this report, the Constitutional Court must determine the incompatibility with Xhaçka's mandate.

Meanwhile, the next session is expected to take place in the Assembly tomorrow, where it will be voted on whether the report on the mandate of the socialist MP Olta Xhaçka will go to the Constitutional Court for verification.

The decision of the socialists is awaited with interest, since the meeting of the Conference of Presidents did not come up with a decision, but the issue was put to a vote in the plenary session on Thursday./ CNA
