The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, at the end of the group's meeting, declared that the non-implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court for the mandate of Olta Xhaçka is a scenario of Prime Minister Rama, and a dangerous precedent.
Bardhi also said that the majority should reflect until Thursday, and deliver Olta Xhaçka to justice.
"The decision-making of the Assembly is controlled from the constitutional point of view only by the Constitutional Court.
Citizens saw yesterday that colleagues attacked the decision-making of the Constitutional Court, for the mandate of Olta Xhaçka.
The scenario for the non-implementation of that decision is the final act of the prime minister, who is ready not to implement the decisions of the justice institutions.
I appeal to everyone who has supported justice reform to react today, because this is a very dangerous practice.
If a majority does not implement the decisions of the Constitution, then every citizen will want to not implement the court decisions.
It would be a dangerous precedent, and I hope that by Thursday the majority will reflect and deliver Olta Xhaçka to justice," said Bardhi.
