The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, spoke about the possible call of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj to SPAK.

Kelliçi said that it is normal for a mayor to call SPAK, when its directors have been arrested for an affair.

He stated on Alba Alishan's "Debate" show on "A2" that at least Veliaj should be called to SPAK as a person who has knowledge of the case.

"I personally have never publicly stated that I have information that Erion Veliaj has been called to SPAK. Of course, we have heard a lot of information these days that a moment will come when he will be called to SPAK. Based on a normal logic, a rational logic, I find it impossible that a mayor, put in these positions, to be correct with the terminology we use, is not called to SPAK at least as a person aware of the issue that we are talking about the people closest to the mayor of Tirana", emphasized the political leader of the DP for Tirana./ CNA
