The member of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Jamarbër Malltezi, has openly released Prime Minister Edi Rama's propaganda about the "Kei" kindergarten and nursery at "21 Djetori", in Tirana.

Rama advertised this kindergarten and nursery as the latest work, while Malltezi reveals that it was actually the land owners and investors who gave the community this building for children.

"Edi Rama is an ordinary thief. This is the best modern garden in Tirana with an elevator and a ventilated facade that we, the land owners and investors, are giving as a gift to the community and not to the owner.
