The head of the Department of Environment in the Democratic Party, Jamarbër Malltezi, in a statement to the media, denounced that the water situation in the country is very problematic. 

He said that feces are poured into the sea and that with the millions spent on propaganda, at least 4 wastewater treatment plants could have been built.

The Democratic Party condemns the government expenditures spent on propaganda and emphasizes that at least 4 wastewater treatment plants could have been built with them and the complete connections of the pipelines would have been completed. This would get Albania off the blacklist, not the millions spent on false PR.
