The head of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, has commented on the establishment of the Special Commission that will call the institutions to appeal.

Shehi said in a conference with journalists that this commission does not really fight corruption, but is being done to put pressure on SPAK and GJKKO.

He declared that the opposition will not become part of this theater.

"LZHK does not agree with this commission, that's why we didn't vote for it. The position of the opposition has been positive that it did not participate. We have considered a worthless document that does not really fight corruption, the government has the necessary tools to fight corruption. There is no way to fight corruption a commission dominated by this government, with the same people in the majority as president. It is a kind of theater to cast aspersions on the people.

There are other ways to fight corruption. We have the permanent suspicion, as do other parts of the opposition, that this is being done to put pressure on SPAK and GJKKO. To build an institution that gives itself the right to intervene and create pressure on this type of institutions. It will be a big loss. I invite other opposition colleagues to stick to this position. If they start negotiations, whatever the agreement is, the commission will put themselves in a ridiculous situation.

People who do not discuss in the Assembly, tomorrow they go and negotiate to become part of the Commissions when we have not accepted them. There are two ways, o accept the commission in principle, o we are not for this commission and do not be a part of it. Any kind of action by opposition groups to become part of this pre-election political trick to put pressure on SPAK will leave a bad impression on Albanians. They did it, they make their commission happy, we should not be part of this theater", said the head of the LZHK.

According to him, the majority has two goals with the establishment of this Special Commission.

"The main goal of the commission is to put pressure on the Reform in Justice. The second goal is to avoid quarrels within the SP, with a small group of socialist leaders being separated", Shehi emphasized./ CNA
