A series of activities have been organized in Tirana and Elbasan to celebrate Summer Day.

Through a post on social networks, the Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj invites citizens to join the activities that will take place in the capital.

About 100 activities are expected to be held throughout the day today, while the party will culminate with a concert in 'Skënderbej' square, where the Albanian singer Enisa will perform at 13:00.

While the evening will end with a "Street party" in the area of ??the former Block and the largest display of drones in the region in the area of ??the Artificial Lake.

Elbasan Municipality has organized a series of activities, while the celebrations started yesterday.

Activities in Elbasan:

Carnival parade, Boulevard "Aqif Pasha" at 09.00

Children's concert "Welcome Spring" Gensher Square 10.00 am

Crafts Fair, Lulishtja "Aqif Pasha" 10.00 - 20.00

Exhibition: "Elbasani under the brush", "Kozma Naska" Square, 10.00 - 12.00

Sports Arena, "Elbasan Arena" Stadium, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m

Festive concert: Sun in Elbasan", "Gensher" Square, 11.00 - 12.30/ CNA.al
