Spartak Ngjela: Celibashi duhet të shkonte në burg, në 2003-shin manipuloi vota për Ramën

Avokati Spartak Ngjela ka bërë një deklaratë të fortë, teksa ka folur për regjistrimin e Partisë Demokratike në Komisionin Qendror të Zgjedhjeve për zgjedhjete  14 majit.

Ngjela tha se kreu i KQZ-së, Ilirjan Celibashi duhej arrestuar dhe duhet të ishte dërguar në burg që në vitin 2003.

Kjo, pasi ai pretendon se Celibashi ka manipuluar votat për të shpëtuar Edi Ramën. Avokati deklaroi në Euroneës Albania se kreu i KQZ-së është mik i ngushtë i Ramës.

“Celibashi, në vitin 2003 duhet të shkonte në burg. Manipuloi në mënyrën më banale zgjedhjet e Tiranës. Me procesverbalet që shkruanin 300 votues, 1000 vota për Edi Ramën, 300 votues, 800 vota për Edi Ramën. Shpëtoi, është miku më i ngushtë i Edi Ramës dhe tani po bën këto broçkullat, sepse do që domosdoshmërisht, të mos dalë një person ka lidhje të mira me ambasadoren amerikane, theksoi ai./ CNA.al
