The prefect of Elbasan district is relieved of his duties, the name that replaces him is announced

Ali Mysliu has been relieved of his duties as prefect of the Elbasan District.

In his place, Ilir Bejtja was appointed by government decision.

RELEASE AND APPOINTMENT OF THE PREFECT OF THE ELBASAN DISTRICT

In accordance with Articles 100 and 114 of the Constitution and Article 5 of Law No. 107/2016, “On the District Prefect”, as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

1. Mr. Ali Mysliu, prefect of the Elbasan District, is relieved of this duty.

2. Mr. Ilir Bejtja is appointed prefect of the Elbasan District.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".

Mysliu was in charge of this task since June 27 last year by decision of the Council of Ministers./ CNA
