KAS overruled the appeal of the Democratic Party, leaving in effect the decision of the KShZ for the members of KEZAZ for the elections in Kukës.
KAS left in force the decision of the Celibashi KShZ, which by decision appointed 3 SP commissioners, 2 PL commissioners and 1 PD.
Celibashi's decision was based on the number of votes received in the election on the one hand by the coalition "We win together" and on the other hand by PD.
DP appealed the decision of the KShZ with the claim that commissioners are entitled to more than PL because currently there are fewer under the PL logo in Municipal Councils than under the DP logo.
This argument did not convince the majority of KAS members.
