Former MP Belind Kelliçi has filed a complaint about the expropriation of residents affected by the construction project within the "TEDA" area in Kashar.

Kelliçi says that the situation with expropriations is scandalous and absurd. He declares on social networks that the mayor Erion Veliaj and the businessman Pëllumb Salillari are expropriating the residents at a ridiculous price.

The former deputy states that the Municipality has estimated the price per square meter of land at 448 new lek or 4 thousand 400 and 80 old lek.

According to him, the most worrying is the fact that the VKM for the expropriation of the lands of the residents of Kashari was approved two days after the re-election of Erion Veliaj as mayor of Tirana on May 14.

A scandalous and absurd situation is happening in Kashar. The couple Veliaj - Salillari expropriate the residents at a ridiculous price, one square meter is less than half a kilo of cheese.

The municipality and the government have estimated the price per square meter of land at 448 new lek or 4 thousand 400 percent and 80 old lek.

Edhe pse pronarët kanë dokumentacion të rregullt të pronësisë së tyre dhe kanë prova të qarta të trashëgimisë së tokave, bashkia dhe qeveria po i shpronësojnë pa kompensimin përkatës.

Është absurde që ata nuk kanë pasur asnjë takim me asnjë përfaqësues të Bashkisë për të diskutuar kompensimin dhe punimet kanë nisur pa konsultuar pronarët.

Deri më tani, asnje pronar nuk është njoftuar për procesin e shpronësimit dhe hipotekat janë bllokuar për një vit, duke ndaluar banorët të blejnë ose të shesin tokën e tyre.

Ky projekt i shpronësimit thonë banorët nuk është asgjë më shumë se një mashtrim dhe çështja duhet të zgjidhet me drejtësi dhe respekt ndaj pronarëve të tokave të Kasharit.
