This Tuesday, Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about his departure from the Democratic Party in its early days. As he mentioned the much-commented meeting in the Student City, Rama said that he himself left the PD.

But for the leader of the Democrats, Sali Berisha, this is untrue. Berisha said in an interview with the former Duma deputy that Gramoz Pashko, one of the founders of the Democratic Party, expelled Rama from the meeting at the time.

"The truth is different. In a very unusual gesture, the late Gramioz Pashko pushed him away, asked him to leave the meeting. He asked him who brought him because he had not been during the first three days. He came and said they brought me or they asked me. Who brought you, who told you to come? It raised several issues. He stank, he came dressed as if he came, in a white wool sweater, he came strangely, as if he came from the mountain. That was all.
