Prime Minister Edi Rama held an election meeting in the city of Pogradec today. At the beginning of his speech, Rama said that this governing mandate has been the right one for the transformation of the city.

"It is a traditional meeting when a campaign is concluded and we get ready for the next victory. Four years ago, in this odeon, we said that this mandate, our third mandate, would be for Pogradec. There was no way it could have happened otherwise. Now, the transformation of Pogradec is in everyone's eyes. Our support has been unstinting," said Rama.

Rama stated that the May 11 elections are of a historic nature.

Rama added that this is the only case when voting in political elections is directly related to history.

"On this journey towards May 11, we not only have what we need to address for communities, but in all directions in the next four years. Above all, we have the historic nature of the May 11 elections. There is no case when the political elections of the country's parliament are directly related to the history of the country," said Rama./CNA
