"Korça was the first to show that Albania could reach European

The meeting tour of the political leader of the Korça region, Niko Peleshi, stopped in neighborhood 7 of the city of Korça where he held a conversation with the residents of this area. During the meeting, Peleshi stated that these elections are important for the future of Albania and for the realization of the great goal: the full integration of the country into the European Union.

He emphasized that, for the Socialist Party, voting in these elections is more than just a political process. It is a commitment to a brighter future for all Albanian citizens, including Albania's full EU membership.

" The fate of Albania is being decided and the conclusion of a journey that Albania began a century and a half ago. With its eyes on Europe, always much closer and yet far from it. Close in a geographical sense, far in a political sense. These elections are elections that seal a mandate that begins with the vote of May 11 and will continue for 4 years, within which, with great probability, with great hope, with great confidence, Albania will conclude the fourth mandate of the Socialist Party as a member of the European Union ," said Peleshi.

Peleshi added that this process is an opportunity to secure a worthy place for Albania in the European Union, making this possible only with a responsible and dedicated government like that of the Socialist Party.

Further, he emphasized the major changes that have been realized during the years of SP government, which have transformed Albania and Korça, turning it into a country with a more stable economy, a more developed infrastructure and more integrated with Europe.

Peleshi highlighted the achievements of the Socialist Party, starting from improving living conditions for citizens, to important investments in the fields of infrastructure, education and healthcare. He recalled that Albania has changed radically since 2013 and this is evidenced by the visible improvements that have been made in every sector of life.

" Korça was the first to show that Albania, with hard work, can achieve standards and become acceptable as a member of the large group of the European Union. This is how these three mandates were worked on, after 2013, everywhere, throughout Albania. Our cities have been transformed. We made many reforms that required a lot of courage, a lot of costs," said Peleshi.

Peleshi concluded his speech by appealing for massive support for the Socialist Party, emphasizing that this is the last opportunity to continue the integration process and ensure a better future for Albania and the generations to come./ CNA
