The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has published on his Facebook a message where the employees of the administration are forced to participate by order in the festive rally that the Socialist Party is organizing tomorrow in Skënderbej Square, to celebrate with some well-known Albanian singers, the opening of negotiations with The European Union and the 100-year friendship with the USA.
