The Vice President of the DP of Vula, Enkelejd Alibeaj, said in a press conference that the proposal of the SP for a Special Commission within the "Anticorruption Resolution" aims to interfere with the Justice Reform.

With the proposal to set up a special commission, Rama confirmed yesterday the CNA news, published a few months ago where the government wants to set up an anti-SPAK commission, that is to control this special structure. 

The public has already become familiar with the draft resolution that was thrown into the political arena. Strengthening the impartiality of the judiciary. In other words, the stated intention is to intervene in the Law Reform through Parliament. They do not hide it as in point 8 they say that a permanent parliamentary committee will be set up for this purpose. The investigated seeks to change the rules of the one investigating. He will do it including the Assembly", said Alibeaj.

Alibeaj added in his speech that if such a commission is set up, they will not participate. /CNA
