"Hills" of garbage in Sharra/Teliti: There is a risk of an epidemic

The Deputy Mayor of Tirana City Council, Dorian Teliti, has said that due to the "hills" of waste in Sharra, Tirana, where even though payments are made for an incinerator that is not functional, the capital is at risk of turning into an ecological "bomb".

Invited to the "A Show" show on Syri TV, moderated by Adi Krasta, Teliti said that due to the waste being deposited in Sharra, there is a risk of an epidemic breaking out.

Teliti also stressed that his ongoing demands are not taken into account in the face of the cardboard majority's strength in the Council.

" In 2023, Veliaj stole the elections. Supposedly elected by the people, today we have a mayor who was not elected by the citizens. He was commanded by the prime minister, he was not even certified by the Municipal Council."
