The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has made another denunciation of the Municipality of Tirana this Monday.

From SPAK, Kelliçi published an Act-Agreement signed between the Municipality of Tirana and the 5D company, which was previously called VAS Konstruksion.

He stated that the Deed-Agreement bears the signature of Arbjan Maznik as the holder of the Contracting Authority and aimed at the demolition of at least 13 buildings in Tirana. 

"Today, the partner organization of "Rilindja", directed by Altin Dumani, is carrying out the next order of their colleague, the thief Erion Veliaj, calling Arbjan Nusret Mazniku to SPAK.

According to the decision of the Courts of First Instance and Appeal of Serious Crimes, Klodian Braho could not find who was the holder who had signed the tenders of the company of the Structured Criminal Group 5D Construction.

This Act-Agreement was signed with the aim of demolishing at least 13 buildings in Tirana, with the justification of damage from the 2019 earthquake.

Further, the political leader of the DP for Tirana threw accusations at SPAK.

"Apparently Erion's colleagues do not see the other owner of 5D, who not only signed this agreement, but postponed its deadline several times, to favor the 5D company and other bargains for the next constructions. 

Today, we are leaving this authentic Act-Agreement to Erion's colleagues in front of their offices, so that they understand that their attempt to amnesty Erion Hajdut Veliaj and Arbjan Nusret Maznik, will fail with complete success", emphasized Kelliçi./ CNA
