Integration issues expert, Ilda Zhulali, commented today on the integration situation in the Western Balkan countries.

Invited to 'Syri Tv', Zhulali said that there is a difference between our country and Montenegro, which results in the former advancing the process towards the EU, while she did not hesitate to accuse Prime Minister Edi Rama.

According to Zhulal, there is no middle ground, except for Rama deciding between his power or membership.

"We are at the moment of sacrifice. Whether Rama will sacrifice his power or the EU accession process. He will sacrifice one of the two. The choice is his, because he has achieved this kind of overpowering. There is no middle ground. Rama proposed the integration process in phases with Vu?i? in an open letter. And while today Montenegro is drafting the EU accession treaty, Albania is drafting Vu?i?'s letter. This is the big difference. While instead of Vu?i?'s letter, we should have been drafting the EU accession treaty," said Zhulali. /CNA
